Staff are being asked to send pictures of themselves in toasty warm knitwear to think.energy@blackburn.gov.uk. Upload either individual or team pictures for a chance to win King Georges Hall tickets for the Clone Roses and Lancashire Hotpots (not on the same night!). There are also boxes of biscuits and chocolate to be won.
