The fashionable front line of Blackburn with Darwen's carbon reduction plan is returning with Scary Jumper Competition 2013. Staff are being asked to send pictures of themselves in toasty warm knitwear to think.energy@blackburn.gov.uk. Upload either individual or team pictures for a chance to win King Georges Hall tickets for the Clone Roses and Lancashire Hotpots (not on the same night!). There are also boxes of biscuits and chocolate to be won.
